About us

We believe a family's credit score should reflect the rent they've paid for years — not just the loans they haven't.

Our story

Total Access & Impact grew out of Rental Kharma, the rent-reporting company that pioneered adding full rent and utility payment history to credit reports — going all the way back to move-in day. The result: an average credit score boost of 60 points after just one account, with most members seeing change in 3 to 5 days.

We built Total Access & Impact to bring those same tools — plus mentorship, a custom Action Plan, and top-tier credit education — to families referred by community-based organizations and the Department of Housing and Urban Development's Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) program.

Most credit programs charge families monthly and lock them in. Total Access & Impact is free to participants — sponsors, donors, and partner organizations cover the one-time enrollment so families can focus on what comes next.
